Salisbury, NY (PRWEB) 23, June, 2009 – Photographer and Podcast Producer, David E. Warner, recently launched LensFlare35 to link the growing community of Canon® professional photographers. “The site emerged out of a personal desire to connect with other photographers to share tips and techniques specific to Canon equipment,” stated David E. Warner. “It’s easy to find communities of Nikon photographers out there, but when it comes to Canon shooters… there isn’t as much,” added Warner.

Warner’s initial concept of a simple networking community quickly evolved into an all-out quest to interview today’s top Canon photographers. Their unique stories, tips and techniques are shared with other photographers through his LensFlare35’s weekly podcast episodes. “The masters of today’s digital photography are blending technique, technology and an amazing level of artistic talent to achieve their desired results,” stated Warner. “My vision for LensFlare35’s peer-to-peer community is that all photographers will be able to leverage this shared knowledge to enhance and inspire their own work,” concluded Warner.

The initial lineup of episodes is a who’s who of some of the most sought-after photographers in the country, including: ‘famous faces’ portrait photographer, Brian Smale; painted portrait artist Sandra Pearce; global photographer and author, Rick Sammon; photographer, blogger and social media expert, Rosh Sillars; nationally-renowned wedding photographer, David Ziser, to name just a few. Podcasts are designed to be intentionally informal and entertaining, drawing attention to the person behind the camera. Each segment includes a video with example images and a narrative by the photographer.

For more information about LensFlare35 and a list of upcoming episodes, visit the website or contact David E. Warner. Canon is a registered trademark of Canon USA, Inc.

Prellop Fine Art Gallery opened its doors in the heart of Salado’s historic shopping district in 1995. Since that time, the gallery has become a popular destination for artists and art enthusiasts alike. The gallery offers a selective collection of originals from over 30 established landscape and western artists as well as emerging artists working in oils, acrylic, bronze, glass, and metal. It also has one of the area’s largest selections of collectable-grade fine art reproductions from notables such as G. Harvey, Martin Grelle, Bob Wygant, Jack Terry, and Bruce Greene.

The gallery’s diverse client-base includes private collectors, interior designers, business executives, and government officials. Prellop Fine Art Gallery offers, even first-time collectors, an extraordinary opportunity to acquire some of the most carefully selected art in the nation…in a casual, welcoming atmosphere.

Visitors are provided a distinctive art buying experience with a working studio within the gallery where artist, Larry Prellop, masterfully creates his vibrant landscapes of Texas bluebonnets, spectacular sunsets and sun-kissed seascapes. His work speaks to those who share his passion for finely-executed oil paintings and the rugged beauty of Texas.

Prellop shares his artistic talents with other landscape artists through his popular 3 – day workshops. Whether an artist is just starting out or a seasoned professional, Prellop workshops offer an opportunity to refine techniques and explore new perspectives in composition, color, and lighting.

ScarArt: The Original Removable Tattoo for Tummy Scars

ScarArt was specifically designed to conceal Abdominoplasty (Tummy Tuck) and Horizontal Cesarean Section (C-Section) Scars. ScarArt was designed by a woman for a woman. The thought behind the product was simple. Women find many flaws that make them feel less beautiful and a scar only feeds a woman’s insecurities about any flaws she may have.

After having children, many women are left with a big scar – in some cases from hip to hip. In other cases, women seek help from a plastic surgeon to repair a c-section scar or to get rid of unwanted flab that exercise just can’t. Regardless of how the scar becomes a permanent fixture on a woman’s body, it is there and they want to conceal it in any way possible.

With all the popularity of tattoos and temporary tattoos, it only made sense to consider the possibility of concealing a scar with a beautiful design. So many products on the market today claim they will diminish the appearance of the scar; only leaving some degree of disappointment. The scar may be diminished, but is not gone. ScarArt does not offer a magic cream and it will not erase the scar… but it will conceal it. It will instantly allow women the confidence to run around in a tiny bikini or sexy lingerie or nothing at all. They love the beautiful designs they can choose from and the ability to change them as often as they like. The application and removal is easy.

ScarArt: A Personal Quest

Sixteen years ago, Angela Barrow had a c-section which resulted in a vertical scar. She then decided to disguise the scar with a tummy tuck…which changed the look of the scar to a horizontal scar from hip to hip. Disappointed, she continued her search for a vanishing treatment. She used scar revision, silicone gel sheets, liquid crèmes and concealing makeup. Nothing seemed to work. Reluctantly, she resigned herself to the idea that a permanent tattoo was the only solution.

Driving to work one day, Angela decided there must be a better way and began to visualize a decorative adhesive strip that could hide a scar and look like an accessory.

She began calling manufacturers trying to convince them that an adhesive strip long enough to go from hip to hip would be a worthwhile investment for c-section scars. Until ScarArt, body adhesive strips were small and created for arm bands and henna tattoos for the back. The idea of a longer, curved strip for tummy scars just hadn’t been thought of yet.

For over a year, Angela went from manufacturer to manufacturer with her idea. Finally, one manufacturer decided to take her up on the challenge. She invested in a prototype and sent it to the manufacturer. Soon, designs were underway and ScarArt strips were rolling off the production line.

Today, the ScarArt designs and colors are continuously expanding with comments from women who say they “feel sexy again for the first time in years.” Or, it’s like “self-confidence in an adhesive strip.” With comments like these…well, Angela just says…it doesn’t get any better than this!

Embella just completed a Podcast Interview with Will Lowery, co-owner of Inn on the Creek, in Salado Texas. He has been involved in the bed and breakfast business for five years now and just recently, the Inn was recognized as the 2008 Business of the Year by the Salado Chamber of Commerce.

Reminiscent of a turn-of-the-century private club, innkeepers Will Lowery and Chris Spradley are redefining the art of pampering with special attention given to individual guest needs and preferences. Whether it is a unique dietary requirement or accommodating a security detail for a foreign dignitary, the innkeepers take specific note of every preference and desire for future visits to the Inn.

Lowery and Spradley partnered to offer Central Texas travelers an exceptional guest experience within an intimate, historic setting. Their vision to combine the ultimate in southern hospitality with premier guest services, broadband Internet access, multiple meeting and conference rooms, and gourmet dining culminated into what is today – Inn on the Creek.

The Inn has three lodging facilities—Main Manor, Holland House and Giles-Kindred House—each offering a unique guest experience.

Main Manor:

The original structure was restored and opened in March 1987. The Main Manor is nestled along the creek with a canopy of trees featuring seven exquisite guest rooms all with full baths.

Holland House:

Originally constructed in nearby Holland, Texas, now the house is situated across the street from the Main Manor. Restoration was completed in 1993, featuring five elegant guest rooms.

Giles-Kindred House:

The Giles-Kindred House is perfect for families or small groups. The Giles-Kindred House is ideal for those seeking quiet, secluded privacy.

Corporate Retreat Accommodations:

Whether your company needs to present a PowerPoint presentation over a gourmet meal, or simply needs a private meeting room to accomplish what never seems to be able to happen “at the office,” Inn on the Creek is the perfect retreat. The Inn provides an elegant & tranquil setting for corporate entertaining. The Inn’s facilities are designed to be flexible for individual corporate needs. Broadband connectivity is simply a click away in the conference rooms and library, as well as creek side. Private dining rooms overlook historic Salado Creek with professional staff to attend to your needs.

Dining & Catering:

The Inn features a specialty restaurant serving gourmet cuisine every Friday and Saturday evening by reservation, and by special request during weeknights. These facilities are perfect for weddings, business functions and retreats.

The Inn’s History:

The Inn is nestled along the banks of Salado Creek in historic Salado, Texas. The older section of the Inn was originally constructed in 1882 in nearby Cameron, Texas. The structure was doubled in size in 1985-86 after being moved to its present location.

The other adjacent structures had been moved from Belton, Holland, and Georgetown. The original wood details, trim and doors have been carefully cleaned and restored. The interiors are exquisitely renovated, with close attention to every detail. For more information or a reservation, visit www.inncreek.com.
